When you open a Creative Hatti account on behalf of an agency or other entity, it includes you and that entity, and represents and warrants that you are an appointed representative of the entity with the authority to bind the entity to these Terms.
Creative Hatti offers a creative community and marketplace where users can purchase and sell design products such as fonts, brushes, patterns, and other digital objects as well as socialize around content.
You may only use the Service if you are willing to enter into a binding contract with Creative Hatti, and only in compliance with these Terms and all relevant local , state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations.
The required License is subject to the use of any Property. We offer different types of licenses, but before you buy a license, it is vital that you carefully research the license rights and limitations that apply to the Property. The License shall extend to the extent of the dispute in case of a discrepancy between the License issued to you and these Terms.
You are hereby granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, freely revocable license to use the Service for your use only as permitted by the features of the Service and by these Terms, subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms. Creative Hatti retains all rights in the Business and Creative Hatti Assets not specifically granted herein.
Creative Hatti retains the right to track downloads and user behavior in order to ensure compliance with the terms of these Terms and the relevant License, which may be changed from time to time. Without warning, we can change the Service, discontinue providing the Service or the Service ‘s features, or set usage limits.
Some Service areas allow users to post content for sale outside of Assets, such as information about profiles, screenshots, comments, images, files, and other content or information. Any such material submitted, posted, displayed or otherwise made available on the Service by a User is “User Content.”
User Content contains, without limitation, logos, trademarks and service marks, trade names, and other material shared by users, and can be used for marketing and promotional purposes by Creative Hatti pursuant to the User Content license grant below. When posting User Content and interacting with other Users of the Service, you agree to abide by the Creative Hatti site content guidelines.
Creative Hatti cares about the integrity of your personal information and its security. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to circumvent our security measures or use your personal data for reasons that are not acceptable. You agree at your own risk that you supply your User Content and personal information.

For the images and illustrations featuring a celebrity, politician artist or any human being, we don’t have legal release to license for commercial purposes. These are available for “Editorial Use Only”. This means you are not allowed to use it for commercial purpose. For more details on usage refer below:
