Creative Hatti License Agreement

The following Terms of Service (“TOS”) is a legal agreement between you or the employer or other person on whose behalf you and Creative Hatti enter into this Agreement and sets out the rights and responsibilities with respect to any Content that you have licensed. By entering this TOS, you verify that your country of residence is identical to your accounting address.

Please review this TOS again when buying any Content licenses. Creative Hatti reserves the right to amend the TOS in its own discretion at any time. Creative Hatti will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such change before such changes become effective.

Such notice may be given by email to your Creative Hatti account’s email address on file, an announcement on this page, your login page, and/or other means. You agree to be bound by the TOS as amended by licensing Content following any such modifications.

Standard License

By default, all of our graphics come with a Standard License.

The Standard License requires various uses of the graphic, in different projects. Your rights to use the graphic do not expire or stop, but you do not have exclusive control to it either, because anyone can buy the same graphic and use it in their design projects.

Prohibited Use:

Creative Hatti hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use, modify (except as expressly prohibited herein) and reproduce Visual Content worldwide, in perpetuity, as expressly permitted by the applicable license and subject to the limitations set forth herein:

Online Templates

You cannot use our graphics in website templates (scrapbook templates, PowerPoint templates for sale, etc.), digital brochure design models, models for e-welcoming cards, do-it-yourself templates, etc.

Violation of law

You may not use our products for any purpose which is illegal or not authorized. You must not breach any laws in your jurisdiction when using our products.

Sub License

You cannot request a sublicense and put any of our graphics, altered or unmodified, on the website or any other media for the purpose of selling them and selling them for redistribution or resale.

Trademark and Copyrights

You are not permitted to use graphics as a trademark logo (or part of it). You may use it in a logo which is not going to be labeled.

You can upgrade to extended or team licenses at any time.

What is Not Allowed:

Commercial Use

You cannot supply the files to third parties or a team for which you would need a “Extended license.”

Extended License

If you need access to your downloaded graphics from multiple members of your team you need our extended license. You can store our graphics on a shared drive with our team license, so all of your colleagues can access them and use them for multiple clients in different projects.

AN Extended LICENSE grants you the right to use Images:

In any manner permitted under a Standard Image License, without any limitation on the number of reproductions, impressions, or budget;
Incorporated into merchandise intended for sale or promotional distribution including, without limitation, textiles, artwork, magnets, wall-art, calendars, toys, stationery, greeting cards, and any other physical reproduction for resale or distribution, provided that such Merchandise incorporates material creative or functional elements apart from the Image(s).
In-wall art (and without requiring further creative or functional elements) for decorative purposes in a commercial space owned by you or your client, and not for sale.
Incorporated as elements of digital templates for sale or distribution.
